What Causes Burning In Legs And Arms With Ringing In Ears?

Hi i have burning in my both legs and left arm also some leg shaking a bit and a lot gas in my body,like burp a lot this simptoms been going the past two weeks also some right ear buzzing and ringing and also feeling like warm blood running under my skin
