What Causes Burning In Right Ribcage Along With Nausea?

I am a 43 female 5 2 185lbs. I have a right side burning pain about 3 inches lower than my rib cage. The pain feels like stitches about to rip open, stabbing knife pains and burning from the inside. I have had a sonogram on gall bladder , HIDA, cat scan, kidney scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy and all came back normal with the exception of the endoscopy which show a small of intestine inflammation. I had kidney stones two years ago and they put in a stint and broke up the stone using a laser. About two months after my kidney stone procedure I began having this pain on my right side it has increased in pain over the last year and it has become unbearable. Nausea and high blood pressure now accompany my pain. I have seen an MD, Urologist, Gastrologist, No doctor can seem to find the problem and I need help.
