What Causes Burning In The Vagina With Bad Odor?

my vagina burns horribley every day for a few years now and my urine smells like strong bleach i dont ever use bleach for anything im in extreme misery HELP i hurt i cant take it no more it is no utis been to lots of doctors just been trying to live with it but i dont know if i can hang in there much longer! no sex with husband for years hurts toooo much canyou help me??????
