What Causes Burning In Throat Post Inhalation Of Bleach Fumes?

I inhaled a bleach cleaner on Saturday & my throat immediately burned, eyes watered, etc. I left the room because the pain & burning overwhelmed me. I came back to the room a short time later & opened the window & finished cleaning. Today is Tuesday, and my throat still burns, and my chest hurts behind my sternum & feels heavy. Should I be concerned?
