What Causes Burning On Face While Using Hexilak Gel And Lumaglo?

Hello,



I have acne scars on my face. I started using hexilak gel and lumaglo cream as per my doctor's prescription from past couple of days. He told it will improve in 20 days.

But, Because of usage of these creams, I am seeing reddishness on my face and I feel little burning on my face.

Is it expected behaviour? Is it like it will first increase and then decrease the marks?

Please help.
