What Causes Burning Pain Across Gastrointestinal Tract With Family History Of Colon Cancer?

I am 50 y/o F with strong family history of colon cancer and already aware of issues with gall stones. In recent months I ve been having various burning and sharp pains intermittently, but persistently, across much of my GI tract. More recently, frequent issues with soft bowel movements or diarrhea and occasional blood in my stool. Frequently feel tired, too.
