What Causes Burning Pain And Soreness In Lower Back?

in my lower back at my belt line in the center I have a burning pain and very hot to the touch and sore to the touch. I have lower back pain but this is an odd feeling and it came on fast. I was driving my work pickup and when I stepped out after driving for about 40 min I notice the pain and then when I got into my personal truck it was still there.
