What Causes Burning Pain In My Back And Abdominal Area?

i keep having recurring UTIs or so i thought. i went tpo the emergency room and he said everything came back clear, yet im having intense burning pain in my back and abdominal area and it hurts when i pee. also my pee smells. ihave had alot of UTIs in the past as well as kidney stones and ovarian cyst. also i wake up drenched in sweat every morning...what could be causing this
