What Causes Burning Pain In Upper Left Chest While Having Depression And Anxiety?

Hi, I have had noticeable symptoms of late. Very sharp to burning pain in my upper left chest that shoot down my left arm to my hand, my neck and around to my back( left shoulder area). I DON T have many other symptoms of a heart attack. This pain comes and goes, yet is severe. Generally at night but sometimes during the day. Seems to be worse when I lie down. I m 54 years of age and generally in very good health. I suffer from major depression and anxiety disorder to the degree that I have been placed on disability. Any ideas? Thanks, Rick M.
