What Causes Burning Prickly Sensation In Chest Near Breast?

I have Gerd , and the past 3 days' I have had this burning prickly sensation on the left side of my chest area near my breast. I starting belching terribly today , and have some regurgitation. I have been drinking water constantly all day. Also I take nexium 2xs a day . I am worried this could be an issue with my heart.
