Have a burning rash on penis..have had abnormally hi leval of precum..daily wetting genital area..40..obease..nonsmoker,drinker,drug user..aslo small painful bump on bottom of penis below pee hole along the seam at tip..feels like a sun burn when touched..or when wet by urine.
