What Causes Burning Sensation After Ureteral Reimplantation Surgery?

I had a ureteral reimplantation surgery on 1st march and recently all my medical tests have come out normal.Today i have a burning sensation right at the junction of the bladder where the reimplantation took place I also have surgical clips in the area. what do you think is causing this sharp burning sensation?
