What Causes Burning Sensation Along With Pain In Abdomen?

I am suffering from severe stomach pain and burn in the left side abdomen near the naval....I have been to da doctor and he prescribed some medicine n he he said I will have to do LFT but I don t think it s the issue with the liver....These are the issues that i m facing.... Nausea Burn n pain in the left abdomen Loose motion
