What Causes Burning Sensation And Bumpsin Nostril?

About a week ago I went to the Dr. because I had a burning sensation in my left nostril and when I touched the area with a tissue a small amount (pin size) of pink blood was on the tissue. The inside wall of my left nostril seemed a bit swollen. As the day progressed my left cheek started to swell. The Dr. thought I might have caused an infection when I was clipping my nose hairs and gave me Cipro 500 mgs. twice a day. The infection seemed to go away. I took my last Cipro on Tuesday morning. The bump on the inside of my nostril is still there and sometimes burns. Also, I have a little bit of a tingling sensation on my upper lip right under where the bump it. Any ideas what this could be. I m thinking I need to go to an ENT. Any help you could offer would be appreciated. Thank you!
