What Causes Burning Sensation And Itching On Lips?

I have a burning, itching, prickly sensation on the lips of my mouth - especially on the outer edges of lipsNo peeling or bumps. but the only thing that helps is mineral oil and aleve. I have been dealing with this for a few months now, and I really could use some relief. thinking it could be allergy or candida aliban? please help
