What Causes Burning Sensation And Lumps All Over The Face On Using Clear Zit Acne Cream?

Hi, i have been using Dr. Sheffield s Clear Zit Acne Cream although it gets rid of the acne I have a burning sensation where i have applied the cream, then afterwards i get bumps all over my face like chicken skin. Could you please tell me why this is happening? and how to get rid of the bumps on my face?
