What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In The Vagina?

First off I’ve been on accutane for about 3 months now, 20mg twice a day. The last 2 times I’ve had an orgasm (from masturbation w/no penetration) it has felt like a burning sensation and it’s painful. It stings terribly. But it does not sting when i urinate and my discharge seems normal. Since I’ve been on accutane tampons have also been impossible to use, they either won’t go in at all or if they are in I feel it and it hurts. I’ve never had these issues before. My regular doctor for accutane says i an just dry, but he doesnt know about the stinging orgasms. Can someone tell me what’s going on? Will this be permanent? I’m very worried. Ive done research and odynorgasmia sounds like what I have.
