What Causes Burning Sensation And Soreness In Anus And Urethra While Having HPV/HIV?

Im experiencing burning and soreness in my anus and throughout my urethra...the pain comes and goes. I hv HPV/HIV. Im also experiencing a rash a patch of raw skin is exposed its itchy and it burns if it comes in contact w moisture. Ive been tested and treated for gono and chlamydia. The test results yielded negative results.
