What Causes Burning Sensation Around The Lips?

for about 3 to 4 days i had a burning feeling around my lip when it gets dry and my lips had top old skin on it , and now i woke up this morning with a small boil on the right bottom side of my lip its a little painful and now the line around my lip has a tingling feeling and i realized that i have 4 small boils what could it b . I have been std free all my life and never had some thing like this happen to me before .
