What Causes Burning Sensation During Erection Of Penis?

hello. there is like a bump on the bottom of the head of my penis, it started when i had sex , my penis started to have a burn like feeling during my last sex, after that whenever my penis erects, it kinda burns a little, may i know what is the problem?
