What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Along With Foamy Urine?

Hi i have had a problem for quite a while now
Doctor, my urine starts fine but I start feeling a strangeburning sensation then my urine Iis followed with a lot of foamy white discharge then once all the foam has gone then crystals appear then the pain starts again and stays with me for an hour or 2, I'vehad Iit come and go for the last 2 years, ever since I started using creatine, not sure whether have a kidney disease or something else I had tests done but nothing came back on test and blood test so I'm concerned for my health kind rregards
