What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Scabs On Penis?

Hi so this happened on Friday night. I peed and the pee had a burning sensation and I noticed I had scabs on my penis. Like 6 and I wondered why are these here? I ve been putting antibiotics and whatnot but they don t seem to go away. I havent had sex in over a month and every time I had sex it was protected and I ve only received oral. Can you please help me? It frightens me.
