What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I have been very stressed out here lately. For @ 1 month ... I thought at first it was a UTI but after meds were through it can up again..... here is what I have .... when going #1 it burns cause I itch and then it burns almost like broken skin.. then my bottom area is just all raw as well.... I am trying to deal with my stress but not working ... Can this be caused by stress?
