What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

i keep on having urinal pain and it went up to my spine, been having this problem for the past 3 years consistently. I will have cold sweat, burning sensation during urinating, breathless, back pain,weakness on my leg, numbness on my hand and leg, i fell hot and cold at the same time, abdominal spasm, i tried all kind of medication from over the counter, prescriptions, herbal, organic. nothing works for me. Is it symptoms of kidney stone or any kidney problem. I cant take this pain any longer. I do take care of my food, i exercise regularly too. i stop my sweet intake, clean diet. i keep on falling sick that i cant even exercise due to weakness. What do i prevent and what's the cure ?
