I recently had a baby I had been breast feeding then stopped at first I had was having a painful throbbing in my right breast but it stopped but now like by my rib cage on the side of my body more towards middle of my abdomen I have a duel burning pain if I cough or bend over and it feels like there is a small bump or lump there
