What Causes Burning Sensation In Breast After Hysterectomy?

Hi, I am 40 & it has been 10 years since I had my my hysterectomy. They did leave my ovaries......have been told that I am pre menopausal. I have all the symptoms, but my concern is my breast burn & feel warm. I notice this with the hot flashes & headaches.... what options are there that do not include pills?
