What Causes Burning Sensation In Feet Along With Vertigo?

I have graves disease and have left it untreated for awhile. I broke my back and with the pain and suffering pretty much put my thyroid problem on the back burner. Now I am suffering all kinds of unexplainable symptoms from burning in my feet to having a hard time focusing.ai have periods of vertigo and just feel sick all the time. I can t begin to know what doctor to see. Could these symptoms have to do with graves disease or should I begin with a different doctor?
