What Causes Burning Sensation In Groin Area And Pain In Pelvic Area?

Hi Goodnight how are you? I am a male 29 years old. I have recently been experiencing a burning sensation in the groin area when i sit in one spot to long and with it comes a urgent need to urinate it feels like im going to urinate in my pants, also the groin area i sweat alot. The urgency is usually right after using the restroom a few minutes earlier. I feel a slight pain in the pelvic area and when i sneeze feel a pain in the area between the testicles and rectum. Any suggestions as to how i can get relief from this situation.
