What Causes Burning Sensation In Heels And Lethargic When Hungry?

am a 54 year old woman. i have painful heels, with burning sensation while i am hungy. Have been having acidic problems in my stomach. have resorted to proper and timely diet, but dont know why this feeling of tiredness continues. can you help me please?
