What Causes Burning Sensation In Lower Abdomen?

I have a burning sensation in my lower abdomen am 5 years only happens when I m on my period and it also hurts like when I have to get up and sit down but its like my muscles or something in my stomach but it only happens when I m on my period a little couple days before my period add after. I have had 3 kids and all having c sections and the pain started a couple of months after my first c-section
