What Causes Burning Sensation In My Penis?

hi doctor, i have this burning sensation in my penis after i eyaculate. it makes me want to go to the bathroom and pee but after i do it burns more, what i've found that reliefs it is to continue to pee. Is this normal or is it not?. I've had it for a few years even before i was sexually active.
