What Causes Burning Sensation In Palm And Sole Of Feet?

I am burning sensation in palm and sole of feet. it starts from the time I get up. I do not have any uric acid,diabetes. I am 23yrs old weigh 70kg and 5feet 7 inch is my height. its hard for me to put my foot down in the morning as i get up. My knuckles also hurt.
