What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis After Oral Sex?

Hi doctor , I recently had a massage in the parlour. I was all naked and the women was wearing her panty all the way through. She gave me a hand job and rubbed her body on me. I am pretty sure that her panty never came down so there was no genital to genital contact. No oral sex and no kissing too. But i sucked her nipple once. After 2 days , i have buring sensation in my penis. It is kinda on and off. I am kinda paranoid thinking i have got HIV ? .. is this a symptom of hiv ... please help ... !! are any test warranted for me for HIV ?
