What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis And Frequent Urination In Men?

I am a 19 year old male that is relatively healthy I exercise and eat healthy. I have been with one partner and she has only been with me, and we always use condoms. Earlier today I noticed a burning sensation at the top of my penis, and increased urine output. I am well hydrated but when I pee it s small amounts frequently without discoloration. There is nothing visually different with my penis and the burning sensation is a very mild.
