What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis?

Hi,I had an unprotected sex, and the following day i took antibiotics and since then i started pee yellowsih i went for test sermen and urine , i was diagonised with stephlococus and i was injected for 5 days .. but my tip of my dick still have this burning sensation, please help
