What Causes Burning Sensation In Shoulders When Suffering From Spondolysis?

I am suffering from spondolysis from last 4yrs. Due to this I was getting pain on my right neck and hand. This pronlem had recovered by good excersies but am also getting burning sensation and pin effect on my left shoulder area which is not getting recovered.
Today my neurosugeon had prescribed DepranL 5 mg for 1 month. Will I get dependent on this drug in future.
also my work involves high concentration and decision making. Presently I am on vaccation and can take this medicine for 1 month. Kindly advise.
