What Causes Burning Sensation In The Hand?

hello, i found out some bad news a few hours ago and ended up SLAPPING a wall as had as i could about 3 times. and im starting to notice a slight pain in the side on my 1st knuckle of my index finger, a pain on the top of my hand near the 3rd,4th,and 5th metacarpal. also my hand has a slight burning sensation. any idea if it could be fractured?]
