What Causes Burning Sensation In The Nose?

I snorted pain pills for bout 3 yrs just recently stopped and now I have this burning sensation in my nose and I snorted a couple today to get the burning to stop. Is there something I can do to stop the burning? I want to stop doing them but the burning is overwhelming and has complete control of me. Pls help
