What Causes Burning Sensation In Throat And Chest Along With Dizziness?

I'm thinking I have a cold..but never felt like this before.. I'm 34 entire face hurts and feels like burning when I breathe in.. in the lower throat and chest and my nose.Meds aren't relieving pain in head and nose will run sometimes. I have somewhat of a dry cough that is very painful. I also feel like head wants to explode with pressure and feel light headed.
