What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina After Taking Bleach Bath?

I just took my daughter who is 4 to the doctor because her face is breaking out. The doctor said staph infection on her face and when I have her a bleach bath she said her vaginal area burned.. She has had them before and never complained is that normal?
