What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina With Cloudy Urine?

Hi, yesterday my vagina had an extreme burning sensation with a thick white discharge so i took monostat thinking it was a yeast infection yet nothings happened. Now my pee is getting cloudy and the burning is getting worse. what should i do? could it not be a yeast infection?
I am 18 years old, 5'2, 125 pounds
