What Causes Burning Sensation On Arm Plus Itching And Redness On Skin?

I have burning hot feeling under my right arm and around the center of my back, then excessive itchiness, with no redness rash, or bumps on the skin. It is getting worse and gets increasingly painfull when I excercise. The hot coal and itchyness is constant.
