What Causes Burning Sensation On Frontal Lobe And Dryness In Tongue?

good morning doctor ,i m 25 year lady i have two child,now i m very week due to less rbc ,my dr reccomend me a medicene to develop rbc ,now last night i felt suddenly when i slept ,a burning sensation on my frontal lobe for a minute & i felt also very dryness in my toung,this is second time but few days back that symtom arised lightly, so help me out of this .thanking u..
