What Causes Burning Sensation On Skin All Over The Body?

Hi at night i have a burning sensation of my skin sometimes just my knees other times all over my body my skin feels really hot and my knees go really red what is this? also it feels like my throat is swollen like its closing up but its not sore and i have chest pains like something is pressing on my chest and i can hear my heart beating and skipping beats, i feel tired all the time and very thirsty whats wrong with me?
