What Causes Burning Sensation On Tip Of The Penis?

hi, i woke up this morning with a mild burning sensation on the tip of my penis, it continued intermittently throughout the day and i was wondering what could be the cause of this. Both me and my partner are STD free and had oral sex yesterday, but i dont think that could have anything to do with it.
