What Causes Burning Sensation Post Abdominal Hysterectomy?

Had abdominal hysterectomy 5 days ago last night started with burning feeling which feels topically but skin is clear very intense but will leave periodically had in one spot yesterday now tonight happening in several areas happening more and more? Should I be Concerned follow up not until 15th?
