What Causes Burning Sensation While Urination Along With Strong Odour?

I went to the walk in clinic today bc I haven t had time to get into the doctors yet but after a urine screen my white blood cell count is high. I have had some lower back and abdominal pain for the past week, along w constipation and nausea and fatigue...and have had kidney stones in the past so I pegged it to be affiliated w that but I just realized I ve had two dime sized bruises for over a week now on my right side that are only getting darker red in color and are now kinda lumped up and tender. I use to drink a lot and almost daily I ve cut it way back lately but I have no clue if it could be something serious or not. I also have some burning while urinating and in the morning it has a plot of an odor to it too...Help?
