What Causes Burning Sensations In The Ovaries With Bowel Movement Pain?

i am 36 now in my 5th month of laroscopie operation of mayoma, sice 2weeks now i have been experiencing brun in both side of my oviries and a strong bowel moment and ack waste pain, then this morning i saw a pink urine, please if you can help me what is happing to me ? cause i will be doing my ivfg soon again, is this safe for getthing prenancy or do i have problem in my womb?
