What Causes Burning Urination And Blood In Urine?

I am 29 years old, 53 kg, and 5'2 feet tall. I started on pills 3 weeks ago. The doc asked me to take it twice a day. After I had sex with my bf 3 nights ago, the next day I had an acute tingling sensation in my vagina when I pee. .and I had to pee more often than I generally do. Today morning we had sex again and immediately after when I went to pee I noticed watery blood in it. Very evident as if something is torn inside. Strangely there is no pain, just that tingling sensation. Is this UTI? Do i go to a gyne or a urologist?
