What Causes Burning Urination And Blood In Urine?

i had sex with the same partner and 3 days later. When i pee it burns and it feels like its throbing. Also, when i wipe myself from front to back there is little spots of blood. Could this be a UTI or Yeast infection and how can i treat this?
